The program provides soccer, academic support, college exploration, job & career skill building, service projects, and community-building events. Opportunities to work with high schoolers after school, in the evening, or on weekends are available during Boston Public School’s academic year.
Referees are available for regular volunteer opportunities over an 8-week fall season and/or a 10-week spring season. Game Days require a weekly 2-hour commitment between 2:30 and 6:00PM.

The LPC oversees the land protection activities of Bear-Paw. The Land Protection Committee help develop land protection policies, evaluate conservation projects. The LPC also oversees the annual monitoring of all easements and preservers held by Bear-Paw.
The OEC oversees the outreach and education programs of Bear-Paw. The Outreach and Education Committee helps develop, implement, and evaluate programs that connect people with Bear-Paw and the natural world.

Coaches work one-on-one to support students throughout the college application process and specifically with writing admissions essays. Volunteers can also help give our students the opportunity to practice interviewing in advance of college admissions or internship interviews or entrance to other academic enrichment programs.
Host one of our committed students at your organization for 2-5 days a week for at least six weeks over the summer.
